Username Too Long

To change the username, please mail to myzyxel-admin@zyxel.com.tw. Provide the following information to us:
   1.old username
   2.old password
   3.new username:a username with a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 20 characters. Usernames may contain letters (a~z), numbers, '.', '@', '-' and '_'. Other characters are not allowed.
